Today is World Mental Health Day and I thought I’d share this UPDATED (10th October 2020) version of my mental health journey and where I am with everything.
I’ve found it harder than normal to just sit and type out (or speak out) what’s been going on in my life recently because it’s all been a little crazy, in good ways and in some really sad ways too.
I was going to kick off 2020 with a blog post covering things that I’ve done in the last decade but then I realised that looking back can be fun but I kind of want to start 2020 by looking forward rather than in some kind of self-reflecting retrospective.
Thought I try to “reboot” my things posts because it’s a nice way for me to share things I’ve found or discovered online recently, so without further ado!
This blog post was written on so many different days and over a course of a couple of months and I didn’t just want to just delete it so I thought I’d try to make it into something…not sure what that something is but I want to get it out of my drafts and into the world…so….enjoy?!
I want to take this opportunity to share all of my online and social media links because I’m fairly active all over and want to make sure you guys can follow me in different places.
So today I received an invitation to a school reunion and in the past my initial reaction would’ve been to decline the invite immediately and get on with my life but this time I actually decided to confirm my attendance.
I started writing a blog post on Monday and it became a weird multi-day post, not my original plan but I did state that I didn’t know what direction it was going to go in!
